I just purchased one of these carriers, when I first saw it I was sceptical of the loops for the ammo. I didn't think it would my .300 wsm rounds. But they fit( a lil snug though) do fit. The straps hold the thing securley to my stock with no slipage at all. I would highly recoomend this product
